In Allston, shops are busiest on Monday mornings and before holiday weekends, so a mid-week appointment gets a car seen faster. Labor rates across Massachusetts vary by neighborhood and by shop type, from small independents to dealership service bays, and mobile mechanics now cover many routine jobs in the driveway. Before authorizing a repair, ask for the estimate in writing, whether the shop warranties parts and labor (12 months / 12,000 miles is common, some offer more), and whether it can provide a loaner or a shuttle. Check the listing for hours, the makes the shop works on and its Google rating, then call ahead, since walk-in capacity is limited at smaller shops.
Hours are published for 5 days a week. On most of those days it is open 8 am–6 pm. It is closed on Saturday, Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. Customers rate it 4.3 out of 5 on Google across 180 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded auto repair shops in Allston.
Allston is in Massachusetts, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Allston follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I can’t express how kind and helpful the man who helped us here was! We pulled off the highway when our car started vibrating, we thought it was tire pressure but all the air pumps in the area were out of service. We went to CSA and the guy helped us immediately reset the pressure and told us it was actually the snow caked in our wheels. Felt compelled to write a review because you don’t get people just purely wanting to help and being so nice.

Finally, I found a real auto repair center that provides straight answers and honest "ballpark" pricing. Having an older car that is no longer available "accept as used vehicles" many repair shops try taking advantage with their pricing by using excuses for wanting to charge more due to the circumstances mentioned above. From day one, they have provided me with accurate estimates and expectations! They are genuine auto mechanics that appear to have worked on many makes and models (I see so many different cars on the lot) which provides me with a sense of comfort! I highly recommend all my family and friends to use them for all their auto repairs!!! Great job guys.

Stopped by here today on a whim after getting out of line somewhere else down the street. Needed an inspection sticker. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Kind guys behind the counter too! Big recommend.

Came here through a recommendation of a friend. Awesome place, can't say enough about it. Brian and his crew will take care of you with whatever you need, whether it's car repairs, maintenance, modifications etc. Some of the most knowledgeable, nicest and I stress-honest mechanics around. It's hard to find an honest reliable mechanic that you can trust these days. It's a huge plus that they're car guys too, as in they actually care about cars and aren't just trying to take advantage of people. I took my 1970's classic car there and immediately felt safe doing so. The previous place I took my highly valued classic car they actually broke my light switch and didn't even tell me (I discovered this on my own after I had left and they denied any wrongdoing) If anyone needs any work done and want their car taken care of, come here and give Brian a call, they'll take care of you.
